1. What this notice is for
This Cookie Notice explains how CARING FUTURES LTD (company number 13049851), trading as Caring Futures, uses cookies and similar technologies on this website.
When we say “cookies”, we also mean similar technologies that store or access information on your device, such as local storage or security tokens.
2. How our cookie controls work
When you first visit the site, you should be given a clear choice to:
- accept all optional cookies;
- reject optional cookies; or
- manage your preferences.
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent, but we still tell you about them.
You can reopen your cookie settings at any time using the Cookie settings control in the website footer.
3. What we currently use
At present:
- the site uses strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies for security and consent-preference storage; and
- Google Tag Manager and the analytics tags it manages load only after you allow Analytics cookies.
4. Cookie categories

|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Active | To keep the site secure, remember cookie choices, and protect forms against spam or abuse |
| Analytics | Storage denied by default and only granted after consent | To understand how the website is used and to manage analytics tags through Google Tag Manager |
5. Cookies and similar technologies we use
| Cookie | Set by | What it does | Type | How long it lasts |

__cf_bm, cf_clearance | Cloudflare | Set only when Cloudflare runs a security check, to protect the site and its forms from bots, spam and abuse. | Necessary | 30 minutes for __cf_bm; cf_clearance as long as Cloudflare’s check allows, up to 1 year |

Cloudflare may use different security cookies depending on the security check required at the time. For current Cloudflare information, see Cloudflare’s own cookie and Turnstile privacy information.
6. Why some technologies are treated as strictly necessary
Some security and consent-preference technologies can be used without optional-cookie consent where they are genuinely necessary to:
- keep the service secure;
- prevent fraud, spam, or abuse;
- remember the choice you made in the cookie banner; or
- provide a function you specifically requested, such as submitting a protected form.
We aim to keep strictly necessary technologies limited to those purposes.
7. Optional cookies
Analytics cookies are off by default. Google Tag Manager and the analytics tags it manages load only after you allow Analytics cookies. Rejecting Analytics is as easy as accepting it, and you can change your choice later through the cookie settings control.
8. Managing your choices
You can manage cookies in three main ways:
- Use the cookie controls on this website.
- Change your browser settings.
- Remove existing cookies through your browser or device settings.
If you block strictly necessary cookies entirely, some parts of the website or protected forms may not work as intended.
9. Third-party services
This site uses Cloudflare services for hosting, security, and Turnstile form protection. Those services may process technical information and may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies as part of providing security.
Cloudflare’s published information includes:
10. Changes to this notice
